BE FINANCIALLY DEPENDENT WITH PASSIVE INCOME
Logan Resident Holds Meetings to Discuss Finance

LOGAN, Ut – Do you hate your job? Do you wake up every morning with a bad taste in your mouth, knowing you are going to slave away at a career you can’t stand? Preston Parker, founder and president of the Cache Valley Area Investors Association is holding meetings to discuss how to free yourself from wasting your time working somewhere you hate. Parker began the CVAIA in July of 2007 when he decided on the philosophy that, “you should work at a job you love and you aren’t doing it just for the money.” The idea of the meetings are to discuss how to take care of your expenses off of your passive income, so you can do the job you love and not have to worry about making money somewhere you dislike going every day. ”I grew tired of people complaining about their jobs or asking for advice and not following the advice given, so I now invite them to attend the meetings and discuss financial independence.”
Meetings for the CVAIA are held every other Thursday at the Cache County Chamber of Commerce, which is located at 160 N. Main in Logan. All he requires is that you are interested in being financially independent and an email asking to be put on the list. Preston welcomes people of all ages and hopes to you see you on Thursday.
People in America have ample opportunity and options to be able to work in a job they enjoy. Understanding and managing passive income makes this possible. There are many associations which are helping educate people in how to truly become financially independent. Cache Valley Area Investors Association based in Logan, Utah, is one such organization. It was founded in July 2007 and currently has 50 members.

COMPANY TO START UNIQUE LAND TRUSTS

LOGAN, UT - ABC Real Estate LLC is looking for people to invest in a system created by Bill Gatten known as a Beneficiary Directed Equity-Holding Landtrust, or BDEH Land Trust. Preston Parker, president of ABC Real Estate has started up this company to help save people money and boost the economy out of the slump it is in. In order fo the BDEH Land Trust to work, people need to help invest in a resident’s home while another beneficiary uses his credit score to help get the mortgage down on the house. The resident uses the credit score of the credit benificiary to save money and with the help of the investor (who puts money down on the home) to make the payments on their home. Whatever money is left over on the house payment goes to the beneficiaries.
Although this is going to help home owners keep their house and get their payment down, a credit score around 680 is needed, along with a down payment of about twenty percent from the investor on the home. The resident is required to sign an agreement to the beneficiaries that if the payment isn’t made within ten days of its due date, the lose their home to the beneficiaries. This will help many people who have a low credit score, can’t make a down payment on their home and also whose debt to income rating is too high.

Letter to Cousin

Dear Parker,

Hey cousin, how is life going in the pizza business? I am taking a wonderful class about writing in Public Relations, so far its going great. We are learning what words we can use and how to form sentences so that the public and readers like you can understand what we are writing about better. I found out today that sarcasm shouldn’t be in your writing, because people can’t tell you are being sarcastic unless they hear your voice, weird right? And, if I am to use humor, I should only tease up and not down, because you want to leave the person you are making fun of feeling good about themselves, even though you were being sarcastic about the compliment you just offered them. This class is going to help me in my profession and hopefully in my life, I plan on using the things I learn throughout the class daily to prepare me for a job in the field of public relations! Well cousin, I have to get going, but I hope to hear from you soon. Thanks for reading!
